I recently enjoyed a scenic flight with Cape Town Helicopters and boy did I love it!!

Having driven many of the roads in Cape Town, it really gave me another perspective of the city. Of course it helped that the day that I took this trip, it was a beautiful, wind-free Autumn day.

One of our most popular routes available.Sights of the city with views of Cape Town Stadium, the beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and the majestic Twelve Apostles.

Atlantico

Enjoy a scenic flight along the Atlantic Coast viewing famous spots like the Cape Town Stadium, the 4 beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and the Twelve Apostles. Swing around Karbonkelberg to catch a glimpse of Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak before returning back to the V&A Waterfront.

Two Oceans

Take off from the V&A Waterfront and enjoy a scenic flight along the Atlantic Coast passing Hout Bay and Chapman’s Peak over to False Bay, passing Fish Hoek to Muizenberg following the railway to Town around Hospital Bend.

Game Safari

An early take off will take you across the Ceres Mountains to the Klein Karoo. Spend the day at this luxurious Game Reserve viewing some of the Big 5 from up close. After lunch at your convenience, we will return to Cape Town.

Shark Cage Diving

As the sun rise we will take-off for Gansbaai, the home to the Great White. Spend the day at sea while your pilot awaits your safe return. Return to Cape Town at your convenience after lunch.

Picnic On The Hill – Meerendal
Time: 11:30am – 3:30pm

Enjoy a scenic flight across Cape Town City and Harbour before flying along the west coast toward Meerendal Wine Estate. Our helicopter will drop you on the hill for a roman-tic picnic and collect you and return you back to the V&A Waterfront.

Day Trips and Combo's

Whale Watch in Hermanus
Time: 9am –3pm

Fly from the V&A Waterfront across the False Bay Coast and the beautiful Mountains and Valley of Elgin before reaching the Walker Bay Region.

You will be escorted from the Helipad to the New Harbour where you will depart on a 2 hour Catamaran Yacht, specifically built for Whale Watch Cruises.

Upon return you will have some time at leisure for either a quick lunch at numerous great Restaurants or some shopping before embarking on your way back.

Heli—Harley Experience
Time: 11am –4pm

Join Cape Town Helicopters & Cape Bike Travel on the adventure of a lifetime when we com-bine these to unique experiences with a trip to the Winelands of Constantia.

You will take off from the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and fly past the Cape Town Stadium, Sea Point, Clifton, Camp’s Bay, Llandudno and the Majestic Chapman’s Peak to Long Beach. From here we will fly through Sun Valley to Muizenburg and turn to the Winelands of Constantia and land at Constantia Uitsig. Your pilot will escort you to your preferred restaurant.
Constantia Uitsig has a selection of 3 Restaurants – from the very exclusive Le Colombe to the stylish Constantia Uitsig Restaurant and the more casual River Café.

After lunch Cape Bike Travel will collect you on Chauffer Driven Harley Davidson’s. You will be taken from Constantia through Constantia Neck to Hout Bay and from here follow beach road passing Llandudno, the Twelve apostles, Bakoven to Camp’s Bay and through Kloof Neck back to the City of Cape Town.
