Laborie Wine Estate

Laborie Wine Estate, nestled in the fertile Paarl valley, has been producing fine wines since 1698 and is one of the oldest operational wine farms in South Africa.

Laborie produces Methode Cap Classique sparkling wines, an array of award-winning wines, an estate brandy and a unique fortified Pinotage dessert wine.

Accommodation

Luxury accommodation isoffered in eight guest rooms, with another special room in the historic Manor House with views of the beautiful Manor House gardens, vineyards and the majestic Drakenstein Mountains.

All rooms are furnished in a Cape French style and decor is inspired by the characteristics of their award winning wines.

Cellar Door

Cellar Door is an intimate tasting room where a cozy fire welcomes you in the winter or you can take in the views from the balcony in summer.

During the warm summer months, we offer picnics (bookings essential), cheese platters as well as olive and wine pairings.

Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 17:00
Sundays: 11:00 - 17:00

Conferencing

Laborie offers state of the art conferencing facilities in a wine farm setting, for up to 20 delegates, though individual arrangements can be discussed.

The venue comes fully equipped with all conferencing amenities and requirements.
Meals can be arranged in the private dining room at the Manor House or the Laborie Restaurant.

Harvest at Laborie

Harvest at Laborie is family friendly restaurant with inside seating as well as outside seating on the terrace overlooking the vineyards of the wine farm

Boasting modern contemporary decor, the Private Dining Room will host smaller, intimate groups. Patrons will be able to relax and socialise whilst enjoying a glass or two of the fine Laborie wines in The Wine Lounge.

Hours:
Lunches daily from: 12:00 to 15:00
Dinners on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 18:30 to 21:30
Breakfast only on Saturdays: 8:30 to 11:00

Lazy Days Market

The Laborie Lazy Days Market, takes place every Saturday from 09h00 until 14h00, offering visitors an exciting and varied selection of lifestyle goods.

These include freshly baked breads, coffee, cheese, olives, honey, charcuterie and other exciting fresh local produce exhibitors.

Although the primary focus is food, there promises to be something for everyone, from mouth watering food stalls to arts and craft stalls, as well as ample kiddies entertainment.

Weddings

The garden or Historical Cellar can be converted into a small chapel for the ceremony, while the reception can be arranged at the restaurant.
